Hello and Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I'm Megan Wadsack, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Masters in Social Work in 2018. From there I obtained my clinical license working with a vast population of adults navigating life's challenges including but not limited to trauma, psychotic disorders, PTSD, death/dying, anxiety and depression.
Today, I offer compassionate therapy services tailored for a variety of mental health challenges in person and Telehealth. I am a trauma informed therapist, specializing in areas that intersect with the effects of trauma such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD and psychotic disorders. I work closely with others experiencing difficulty with relationships, grief/loss, women’s issues, stress and challenges with life transitions. While applying evidence-based treatments, I develop a helping relationship with my clients where they feel supported in their ability to be their most authentic self, free of judgement. Together, we identify goals, build on strengths, explore challenges, heal wounds, while adding knowledge and skills that support the ability to navigate through life's most difficult moments with a sense of agency.
Due to the challenges this world throws at us, our capacity to live a fulfilled life is not one that can be navigated well entirely on our own. I respect and value the vulnerability it takes to reach out to a helping professional when in need. I invite you to contact me for a consultation and look forward to supporting you in this journey.
